The Deep Stream hydroelectric scheme is located in Otago, it consists of two stations each with a single Francis turbine with nominal outputs of 3,100 and 2,850 kW. Hydroworks designed and commissioned the turbines, relief valves, actuator oil system and station services for each station. The stations are located in series and connected by canals and GRP penstocks.
